Refund & cancellation policy

All purchases on Pappal are final. Written for users in India.

No refunds

Purchases of balance on Pappal are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, regardless of whether the balance has been used.

The balance you purchase never expires — it remains in your account for as long as your account is active.

Cancellation

Pappal does not use automatic subscription renewals. You can stop using the service at any time or delete your account from the app.

If you delete your account, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered. See delete your data for instructions.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or a payment that did not result in a balance credit — write to us at hello@pappal.live with the transaction ID and purchase date. We investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
