Delete your data

In the app, in two taps, with no email to anyone and no waiting period. Google Play requires this page; the app had the button before the page existed.

In the app

1. Open the You tab.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

It is one operation on the server, so it either happens completely or not at all — there is no state where the account is gone but the messages are not.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your display name and profile
• Every conversation and every message you sent
• Your account balance and transaction history, if applicable
• Your device's notification token
• Your partner application, if you made one

What is kept, and for how long

Abuse reports: 90 days, de-identified. If someone reported you, or you reported someone, that report survives with the reporter's identity removed. A report that disappeared with the account would turn deletion into a way of destroying evidence, so this one exception is deliberate, and it is the only one.

Nothing else is retained. There are no backups that outlive the delete.

Unused purchased balance

If optional paid features are available in your version and you have unused purchased balance, contact us before deleting your account. See the refund policy for details.

If you cannot open the app

Email hello@pappal.live from the address you signed in with, and ask for deletion. We do it by hand within 30 days, which is the outer bound rather than the expectation.
